Thank you for choosing our floral services. Please review the following policies carefully before placing an order. By completing a purchase on our website, you agree to all terms outlined below.

  • All of our products are custom-made to order, including but not limited to:

    • Floral arrangements

    • Baby’s breath letters

    • Ribbon banners

    • Personalized designs

    Due to the custom and perishable nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
    Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged.

  • Any request to modify an order must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase and is subject to approval. Once production, preparation, or floral sourcing has begun, no changes will be accepted.

  • Orders placed for same-day service, rush production, or specific event dates are immediately locked in and non-cancelable under any circumstances.

  • Flowers and materials are subject to seasonal and market availability. We reserve the right to make reasonable substitutions of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall design, style, and color palette. Substitutions do not qualify for refunds or cancellations.

  • Customers are responsible for:

    • Providing accurate pickup and delivery information

    • Being available during the scheduled time window

    Failure to pick up an order, incorrect delivery information, recipient unavailability, or refusal of delivery does not qualify for a refund or replacement.

  • Once an order has been picked up or delivered, we are no longer responsible for the condition of the flowers due to environmental factors, handling, temperature, or time.

  • We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any custom or floral products.
    Exceptions, if any, are made solely at the discretion of ownership.

  • If there is an issue with your order, it must be reported within 2 hours of pickup or delivery, along with clear photo documentation. Reports submitted outside this timeframe will not be considered.

  • By placing an order, you agree to contact us directly to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may result in order refusal and future service denial.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit quantities at any time for reasons including—but not limited to—policy violations, abusive behavior, or operational constraints.

  • We reserve the right to update or modify these policies at any time without prior notice. The version posted on our website at the time of purchase shall govern the transaction.

  • By placing an order through our website, in-store, or via invoice, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all store policies.
